What Should You Do If You Lost Your Peachtree Shared Drive?

Answer»

If you have LOST your shared DRIVE, then follow these steps for mapping a shared drive for workstations in a network environment:

☛ Right click on the "Start" button, RUN the Windows Explorer. Press the button for network drive mapping or CHOOSE [tools] from the menu bar and select the [map a network drive] option.
☛ Select a drive letter such as P: and type the PATH of the peachtree server, like server name share name, where server name is the name of your server and share name is the name of the shared resource you set, by default it's the name of the folder. Also mark the checkbox "Reconnect on logon" so that this connection remains after reboot.
