If you are having the above problem, then follow the steps below:

1. Start the system and press ‘F8’ key at the time of Windows starting up. After this select ‘Safe Mode’ in the command prompt and just enter. Select ‘Administrator’ if you do not set any PASSWORD then the default password may be blank. Then you will be entering into the doc command simply as follow:
