- Does the team understand the sprint goal and working towards it or they are working on individual goals?
- Does the team collaborate more and share their feedback openly?
- In the retrospection, are you getting any inputs from the team on where they need to improve?
- Is the team transparent in NATURE?
- Is the team working on inspect and adapt the model?
- Is the team mature enough to HANDLE if there is a sudden change in requirement from the customer side?
- Is Definition of done followed whenever the user story is READY for review?
- Do we have information radiators available for everyone to see and review?
- Are there more face to face conversations or emails?
- Does team work in a Silo?
- Does the team work on an incremental and iterative model?
- Does the team THINK themselves as a Scrum team member, a developer or a tester? If yes, then as a scrum master you need to improve on that mindset?
