Answer» Solution :Lyophobic COLLOIDS are the colloidal solutions in which the particles of the dispersed phase have no affinity for thedispersion medium. The solid OBTAINED by their PRECIPITATION cannot be reconverted into colloidal solution by simply shaking it with the DISPERSION medium. Colloidal solutions of gold, SILVER, `Fe(OH)_3 `and `As_2S_3` are lyophobic.
