Answer»

Solution :When a low flying aircraft passes overhead, we ALSO receive a weak TV signal on account of REFLECTION of radiowaves from the aircraft. This weak signal INTERFERES with the NORMAL TV signal coming through the antenna and it MAY result in a slight shaking of the picture on our TV screen.
