When does an Enterprise reach the tipping point?

Answer»

Changing our ways of working is difficult. SCALED Agile Framework likely represents a significant transformation in your organization. Beginnings are very important. Tipping point in SAFE refers to the point at which the dominant organizational authoritative is to achieve the change, rather than resist it.

“It’s easy for people to keep their old behavior—unless there is an exceptionally good reason to make such a change. A reason so compelling that the status quo becomes simply unacceptable. A reason so strong that change becomes the only reasonable way forward to success.” - ScaledAgileFramework.com

Sometimes, the situation can be, the company is not able to compete, and the current way of doing things is clearly insufficient to achieve a RESOLUTION within a survivable time. This can be a case for change. While there will always be those who are resistant, they probably will be overcome by the UPSURGE of dynamism that PUSHES the required modification through the organization. If this is not the case, the leadership can proactively create a case for better delivery prospects.

Nevertheless, there should be a convincing reason for the change and a vision to complement with it.
