Answer» While there is value in the manifesto items on the right, the Agile team values the items on the LEFT more. A Scrum team is like a family where each person has different roles. A Scrum MASTER's role is one where the person FOCUSES on removing the impediments and is also the process champion. Hence, a Scrum Master helps the team get more ORGANIZED and work effectively by adopting some best practices and processes. Having said that, Scrum Master’s primary responsibility is to help the team be more successful.
