So as part of those RESPONSIBILITIES, the PO regularly: Groom product backlog Communicates and clarifies the vision to the team Involving the right people Work closely with Team, Scrum Master, Stakeholder and marketing team. In order to make sure the product REACHES the state where everyone wants it to be, the PO NEEDS to be totally in sync with customer EXPECTATIONS, team progress, and roadmap.
