Just as SuccessFactors is the core of the “people” segment, Ariba will CONSTITUTE the core of the “suppliers” category. In addition, as part of SAP’s ENTERPRISE cloud strategy (i.e., applications, platform, infrastructure), Ariba will serve as a new “business network” category, connecting suppliers, customers and partners.
