He launched a Mobile App called "Citizen Services". This app was developed by NCRB. This app is a collection of various essential police related services to citizens. Citizens can use this app for Complaint Registration & Status Check, View FIR Detail, SOS - Stay Safe, Locate Police Stations, Vahan-Samanvay, Emergency Contact List, Police Stations Telephone Directory etc.
