| Answer» Ministry of Defence has announced to appoint Vice chief of air staff (VCAS) Air Marshal Rakesh Kumar Singh Bhadauria as the next Chief of the Air Staff (CAS). The announcement comes ahead of the retirement of the current Air Chief Marshal BS Dhanoa will on 30 September 2019. It is expected that RKS Bhadauria will be taking charge on 30 September.
