| Answer» The Chief Minister of Kerala Pinarayi Vijayan inaugurated the closing ceremony of the 23rd International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK) at Nisagandhi Auditorium in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Around 160 films from around the world were screened at the week-long festival that commenced on December 7, 2018.
