Answer» Solution : The SHARP teeth concentrate all the force onto a very small area, resulting in a high pressure which allows it to penterate, into the WORK piece. Mango is a soft material. So, for CUTTING it, we requireonly small effort. Therefore, we use a continuous POINTED edge knife.
