Answer» I see that changing INTERESTS as a sign of healthy learning ability and sign of high energy as well. I am sure you are not alone on this.People with high energy tend to get bored easily with repetitive activity or learning same type of stuff.But life comes with certain EXPECTATIONS and this could be a problem if you can't live up to them. What can work is to choose two ACTIVITIES at a time, while one is tied to life’s expectations and the other tied to PERSONAL liking.
