Why is the Daily Scrum held at the same time and same place? |

Answer» Consistency reduces complexity. The purpose of the DAILY Scrum meeting is to CARRY out communication between the TEAM members. The Scrum meeting is timeboxed to 15 minutes irrespective of the team-size and is held at the same time and PLACE each day to REDUCE complexity. Also, it is usually held in the morning time when maximum team members gather to plan work for the day. |
