why photosynthesis considerdbas endothermic reaction |
|
Answer» Endothermic reactions are the one in which heat is overall absorbed for carrying out the reaction successfully. In photosynthesis, as we know plants absorb direct energy from sun in form of sunlight to turn carbon dioxide and water into oxygen and glucose (type of sugar molecule). So from the above definition of endothermic reaction and our knowledge about photosynthesis we can conclude that photosynthesis is an endothermic process. Photosynthesis is considered as endothermic reaction because it takes place within the plant body. |
