While WSDOT electronic forms will hopefully prove to be a valuable TOOL for local agencies, contractors, and others doing business with WSDOT, it does not replace the means by which forms are submitted. It is still necessary to print and SUBMIT hard COPY forms with original signatures in order to initiate the PROCESS. No, not yet.
