It was signed by The Delhi Tourism & Transportation Development Corporation Ltd., Delhi government and The Indian Railways and Catering Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia at the Delhi Secretariat in New Delhi.
