| Answer» <p> INDIA SINCE 1947</p><p>India has progressed by leaps andbounds since the attainment of independence. From green revolution toindustrial revolution on one hand, and from white revolution to IT revolutionon the other hand, India has gained self-reliance in many spheres.</p><p>India is a democratic country that isdeveloping at most promising pace. Its economy is growing stronger and strongerevery day. Since it is the second largest country, the demand for almosteverything is always high. Hence India is an ideal place for investment. ManyMNCs have already invested heavily in India which has created a ripple effectof job creation and wholesome economic activates. More people have morepurchasing power now.</p><p>When it comes to economic prosperity, Indiais the fastest progressing country in the world. According to Wikipedia theeconomy of India is the sixth-largest economy in the world measured by nominalGDP. The country is categorized as a newly industrialized country, one of theG-20 major economies. India is an important member of BRICS and a developingeconomy with an average growth rate of approximately 7% over the last two decades.India's economy became the world's fastest growing major economy in the lastquarter of 2014, surpassing the People's Republic of China.</p><p>The Indian Government is also investinghugely in developing basic infrastructure in transport, agriculture, IT sector,education sector, etc.. This also is wonderful opportunity for growth,development, and betterment. The Government is equally making better policiesto provide financial betterment and security for its citizens. So the future isquite bright and promising. Demonetization, GST, Pradhan Mantry Jan DhanYojna, etc. are some of the reforms introduced by the Government.</p><p>India is stunning the world with itsself-reliance in scientific and technological advancement. ISRO, India’spremier space research organization has amazed the world with its expertise andfeats. The Mars Orbiter Mission won praise from all the countries. Recently it successfully launched 104satellites into the space and made a world record. Similarly, Indian DRDO,BHEL, ADA and other defense organizations have successfully created advancedsurface-to-surface, surface-to-air missiles along with other cutting-edgeweapons of self-defense. LCA, Arihant ClassSubmarine, Advanced Towed Artillery Gun System (ATAGS), etc. are some of themany milestones achieved by DRDO. </p><p>In the recently held Commonwealth Gamesat Gold Coast, India stood third in the overall medal tally. Everyday India is achievingnew goals. All these are good indicators for the future of India.</p> | |
