Write down FUNCTION of Keyboard key from F1 to F12?
Below are the details of key we used in F1 to F12 with some details
(1)F1:-F1 is used for help and to test this use For Help try this on open MSWord or Chrome browser and then press F1. After PRESSING this a new window open.

(2)F2:-F2 have two usages or we can say two functions
(i)F2 is use to rename a name of any Folder, Files. First select and files and folder then press F2 to rename a file it is in edit mode.
(ii)CTRL+F2:- It is used to see print preview in MSWord

(3)F3:-F3 is used to change case of letters in MSWord. Type 2-3 paragraph and select the Data and use Shift+F3 to change the case you will get different type of result while pressing shift key + F3

(4)F4:-There are two usages of F4
(i)ALT +F4:- TO close the file and folder that is open and your on that folder
(ii)ALT+F4:- If no file and folder is open then we use to shutdown,restart to computer

(5)F5:-F5 is basically used to refresh your system.

(6)F6:-F6 is generally used as Tab key press on desktop press F6 it useages as Tab key.

(7)F7:-In Msword some time we type some name in MSWord it will shows some Red Line and green line. F7 is shortcut to do spelling and gramer chekcing.

(8)F8:-F8 is used in Excel. To do this function click on cell and press F8 this will lock the cell now you can select MULTIPLE cell from this fix cell.

(9)F9:-F9 is ALSO used in Excel. IF we apply some formula on excel and in case of sum change in cell this F9 is refresh that sheet.

(10)F10:-F10 is used as Right click on some files and folder by Mouse. But to use this we need to use Shift +F10 key

(11)F11:-F11 is used to open something in Full screen on and off mode.

(12)F12:- In MSword we use F12 to do save as function.
