X-3÷x+3=2x-1÷2x+3

=>CROSS multiplying

=>(x-3)(2x+3)=(x+3)(2x-1)

=>x(2x+3)-3(2x+3)=x(2x-1)+3(2x-1)

=>2x²+3x-6x-9=2x²-x+6x-3

=>2x²+3x-9=2x²-5x-3

=>2x²-2x²+3x+5x= -3+9

2x²gets CANCELLED

so,

3x+5x= -3+9

=>8x=6

=>x=6÷8

=> x= 0.75

this is the answer
