Answer» 21st November, 2018: Today I had a remarkable experience. It was something which I had never had before, completely different. Yesterday, my father's cousins family came over to our place for a week-ling vacation. My father's uncle, Tarini Grandpa also came along. he is 87 years old and is blind now. Tarini Grandpa has a GREAT sense of humour and we gelled with each other INSTANTLY. He told me MANY funny ANECDOTES from his own childhood. Today, in the evening, he requested me to read out from the Bhagwad Geeta. This was tough. My Sanskrit skills are weak and I had a tough time pronouncing the words. Whenever, I got stuck in the middle of the slokas, which was often, he would just brush his palm across the page and then RECITE them himself. I was quite surprised. The book was not in braille yet he could do it. When I asked Tarini Grandpa about it, he just smiled. |
