How to prove that the sum of the 3 abgles of a triangle is 180^ |
|
Answer» Draw a ?ABC. Then construct a line LM parallel to BC through point A. Angle 2 is equal to angle 4 by alternaye angle test. Angle 3 is equal to angle 5. Angle 1+4+5=180 (linear pair).replace the angle 4 by 2 and angle 5 by 3. Therefore by this we can say that tbe sum of all the angles of triangle =180 Advaita you solve this question by my method only because I solved this question early You are wrong this is not correct . We have to prove that ABC = 180 , that is angle 1,2,3 = 180 So why are you take 180 in first we have to prove this only as I write in the first ,ok Draw triangle ABC give name angle 1, 2 ,3 then construct a line xy at angle 1 . Then you can solve by linear pair angle . Let all the angles of atriangle be x =^A+^B+^C=180°Therefore;x+x+x=180°3x=180°X=180/3=60Hence tis proved tht all tge angles of atriangle is 180°Hope u get it ☺️ |

Prove that two angle sum of a quadrilateral is 360 |
|
Answer» All are 90 degree so they are 4 90+90+90+90 360 Consider a quadrilateral PQRS. Join QS.To prove: ∠P + ∠Q + ∠R + ∠S = 360ºProof: Consider triangle PQS, we have,⇒ ∠P + ∠PQS + ∠PSQ = 180º ... (1) [Using Angle sum property of Triangle]Similarly, in triangle QRS, we have,⇒ ∠SQR + ∠R + ∠QSR = 180º ... (2) [Using Angle sum property of Triangle]On adding (1) and (2), we get∠P + ∠PQS + ∠PSQ + ∠SQR + ∠R + ∠QSR = 180º + 180º⇒ ∠P + ∠PQS + ∠SQR + ∠R + ∠QSR + ∠PSQ = 360º⇒ ∠P + ∠Q + ∠R + ∠S = 360º [Hence proved] ?????⏳⌛⏰♏♎♍♌♋♊♉♈♐♑♒♓⛎??????????????????➿♿???????♻??⚠??⛔?????????????????⭕㊗??㊙???❌❎ℹ?✅✔?✴???➗✖➖➕✳?????????????????????????↕⬆?????↗➡↘⬇↙⬅↖↔▶◀⏩⏬⏫⏪⤵⤴??❇✨??⚪⚫◾◽▫??⭐??◻◼⬜⬛????〰⁉❗❕❓❔??➰♠♥♣♦??↩?☑?↪??????????????????? |

Define remainder theorem |
| Answer» remainder theorem:Let p(x) be any polynomial of degree greater than or equal to one and let a be any real number. If p(x) is divided by the linear polynomial x – a, then the remainder is p(a).Proof : Let p(x) be any polynomial with degree greater than or equal to 1. Supposethat when p(x) is divided by x – a, the quotient is q(x) and the remainder is r(x),i.e.,p(x) = (x – a) q(x) + r(x)Since the degree of x – a is 1 and the degree of r(x) is less than the degree of x – a,the degree of r(x) = 0. This means that r(x) is a constant, say r.So, for every value of x, r(x) = r.Therefore, p(x) = (x – a) q(x) + rIn particular, if x = a, this equation gives usp(a) = (a-a) q(a) + r = rwhich proves the theorm. | |
