Once I received an emergency call from the fifth FLOOR while I was at the reception CHECKING delegates of an important conference. Security staff was short and there was no one to ATTEND the reception while I was gone upstairs. I responded to the situation EFFECTIVELY by initiating a lock down on the ground and fifth floor and updating the security SERGEANT regarding the situation immediately while on my way to the fifth floor.

I am not temperamental by nature but there are times when even the most DOCILE of PEOPLE lose their tempers. Especially in a setting where law enforcement is involved. It might seem a bit CHILDISH but counting from one to TEN takes the edge out of my behavior LIKE a charm.
