Answer» Process of League Tournament : League tournament is also called "round tournament". Mr.Burger was the first person, who imagined about the league tournament and owing tothat, it is also called "burger system". According to this tournament, each team plays with every other team once if it is a single league tournament. If it is a double leaguetournament, each team plays with every other team twice. In these types of tournaments,every team plays with every other team irrespective of victory or defeat. It can be calledthe best type of tournament because it provides the maximum number of opportunities toshow the best performance. In fact, there is no element of chance and the real winner ispicked up easily at the end.Types of league tournament: there are two types of league tournaments, which arementioned below:-1. Single league tournament:- in single league tournament, every team plays withevery other team once and the number of matches is determined with the help offollowing formula : N(N-1) divided by 2Here "N" means the number of teams taking part in a tournament. For example, if7 teams are taking part in a tournament, the number of total matches will be asgiven below:7(7-1) = 7(6) = 42 = 21 matches. 2. Double league tournament : in double league tournament every team plays witheach other team twice. The number of matches is determined with the help offollowing formula: N(N-1)In 9 teams are taking part in a double league tournament, the total number ofmatches will be as given below: N(N-1) = 9(9-1) = 9(8) = 72 matches. The boys and girls do not differ in growth during infancy.• During first year the increase in weight is proportionately greater than the increase in height. Before he is two years he can open boxes, insert pag, build tower with blocks, can jump, skip and bounce.• In 2nd year he becomes more organized.• During the next three years, the growth is even but has slowed down considerably in comparison to first two years. The bones now get harder. Now he needs no help. Physical activity comprises bouncing, going up the stairs, galloping, possessive and do not tolerate anybody interference upon his activities especially toys. | |

These includes mechanical aids, pharmacological aids, physiological aids, nutritional aids and psychological aids.(i) Mechanical aids : It includes altitude training, Aqua training, uphill and downhill running, treadmills, weight training, clothing, Footwear, equipments etc. These are valid Ergogemic aids.(ii) Pharmacological aids : It includes anabolic steroid, Beta Blocker, Caffeine, protein supplements, Sodium bicarbonate. These are banned by IOC in sports.(iii) Physiological aids : It is like Acupuncture, Blood doping, creatine, Herbal medicines, Human Growth harmones, physiotherapy, sports massage, sauna etc. Many of these are banned by IOC in sports.(iv) Nutritional aids : They are like Bicarbonate of soda, caffeine, creative, sports drinks.
