On 19th November Poster making competition was held on theme ‘Fit Body – Fit Mind – Fit Environment’. The students gave their message through their poster to keep our surroundings clean to fit our environment. When our environment will be fit, we will get fresh air and water to keep our body fit and mind as well.

On 20th November 2019 athletics MEET was organised. In which events like rope – skipping, hurdle RACE, 100 mtr race, long jump, high jump, were conducted. Dance is also a physical exercise in which your body and mind both perform through actions and expressions. Dance programme was conducted by mentor Mr Vishal Singh gardening activity was done by class IX senior most students of the school where they learnt gardening not only makes us physically fit but gives peace of mind. They also got the chance to connect with nature .

On 20 November 2019, 4th day of the celebration week essay writing Competition was conducted on the topic “Fit India School” in which students expressed their views.
