National leader speech in 2 min |
|
Answer» Answer: A head of state (or chief of state) is the public persona who officially represents the national unity and legitimacy of a sovereign state. Depending on the country's FORM of government and separation of POWERS, the head of state may be a ceremonial figurehead or concurrently the head of government. In a parliamentary system, such as India, the head of state usually has mostly ceremonial powers, with a separate head of government. However in some parliamentary systems, like South Africa, there is an EXECUTIVE president that is both head of state and head of government. Likewise, in some parliamentary systems the head of state is not the head of government, but still has significant powers, for example Morocco. In contrast, a semi-presidential system, such as France, has both heads of state and government as the de facto leaders of the nation (in practice they divide the leadership of the nation among themselves). Meanwhile, in presidential systems such as the United States, the head of state is also the head of government. Not to be confused with Head of government. This article is about the political persona. For other uses, see Head of state (disambiguation). Former French president Charles de Gaulle, while developing the current Constitution of France (1958), said that the head of state should EMBODY l'esprit de la nation ("the spirit of the nation"). |

Essay on houses in olden days |
|
Answer» A house is a building that functions as a home. They can range from simple dwellings such as RUDIMENTARY huts of nomadic tribes and the improvised shacks in shantytowns to complex, fixed structures of wood, brick, concrete or other materials containing plumbing, ventilation, and electrical systems.[1][2]Houses use a range of different roofing systems to keep precipitation such as rain from getting into the dwelling space. Houses may have doors or locks to secure the dwelling space and protect its inhabitants and contents from burglars or other trespassers. Most CONVENTIONAL modern houses in Western cultures will contain one or more bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen or cooking area, and a living room. A house may have a separate dining room, or the eating area may be integrated into another room. Some large houses in North America have a recreation room. In traditional agriculture-oriented societies, DOMESTIC animals such as chickens or larger livestock (like cattle) may share part of the house with humans. The social unit that lives in a house is KNOWN as a household. Most commonly, a household is a family unit of some kind, although households may also be other social groups, such as roommates or, in a rooming house, unconnected individuals. Some houses only have a dwelling space for one family or similar-sized group; larger houses called townhouses or row houses may contain numerous family dwellings in the same structure. A house may be accompanied by outbuildings, such as a garage for vehicles or a shedfor gardening equipment and tools. A house may have a backyard or frontyard, which serve as additional areas where inhabitants can RELAX or eat. |

Write a story on no pain no gai |
|
Answer» No Pain No Gain
Wise people say: ‘No pain no gain.’ Mukesh’s STORY is a perfect example of the axiom. He was a teenager boy, a perfect model of the modern generation whose chief purpose is to have fun and shirk responsibilities. He was an average student studying in ninth standard. His grades on the report card did not augur well. The highest was C2. His parents and teachers always expected more from him. Most of his time passed playing, frolicking and loafing around.
As time and tide wait for none, SA 1 examinations loomed LARGE! Mukesh felt first time in his life the burden and nervousness of not being prepared to take the exams. However, he had no option! Only 10 days were at his disposal. He decided to do his best! The mountain of accumulated work cannot be climbed easily! He realized it was impossible for him to do all the study and revision. He just managed to scrape through the SA1 exam with CGPA 5.
He felt so embarrassed and ashamed of his negligent attitude to study. He had never wanted to score low grades. He had never thought that not studying would mean low grades and embarrassment. He had thought having fun most of the time would not affect his studies. He decided to turn a new leaf.
He promised to himself he would work very hard to improve his grades. He just followed the basics. He did not waste his single moment in USELESS distractions. He just studied, studied, and studied. He made a time table, and conscientiously stuck to it. He burnt not only the midnight oil, but the early morning oil also. At school he STAYED focused all the time. He did not watch TV at all. Thus working he realized, if a student utilizes his time optimally, he can do wonders. TV, friends, and loafing around are the greatest enemies of all the students. He realized studies are not difficult at all; developing the right attitude to studies, and focusing our mind on studies is difficult. Hard work really pays off and that too with huge dividends. Not only he improved his knowledge, he secured A1 in all the subjects in SA2 Exams. His parents, teachers, and everyone was so happy. He was the happiest of all. This happiness of hard-earned achievement was thousand times sweeter than the shallow pleasures of distractions.
Thus Mukesh’s pain brought him huge gains. Not only he achieved success because of the pain he took, but he also learnt the valuable lesson of time-management and self-discipline. |
