Essay on the topic i can become the ideal citizen gandhiji wanted to be

Answer»

Here's the Answer:

Essay

Explanation:

I can become the ideal citizen as Mahatma Gandhi wanted by being kind to my FELLOW man. Gandhi urged citizens to respect the spirit of the law even if it meant violating some unjust laws. I would likewise respect the law and become a law-abiding citizen. However, I would take a stand against oppressive laws. Oppressive laws are retrogressive, and they drag a country BEHIND instead of propelling them forward.

One of the oppressive laws I would fight against is the caste system in India,

discrimination of the disabled and racism. I can become an ideal citizen by paying my taxes on time. Taxes help the state to provide essential services like hospitals, food, roads and schools.

Gandhi argues that the lower CASTES in the INDIAN community are entitled to equal rights as the members of the UPPER caste.

I can become an ideal citizen by giving aid funds during emergencies and volunteering to assist victims.

This is how i practice swachatta in my daily life.... essay

Answer»

Answer:

This is how I practice Swacchta in my daily life

As the SAYING goes ‘Charity begins at home’, which means we should help and care for our own family first, before we start helping other people. Similarly cleanliness must begin at everyone’s own home.

The entire NATION is abuzz with the cleanliness drives and campaigns under the impetus of ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’.  We must ensure we become the real participant in this crusade against the dirt and squalor in true spirit. We must start the cleanliness drive from our own home and SURROUNDINGS.  Our zeal and enthusiasm for the cleanliness drive is useless, if our own home and surroundings are unclean, and we are SPENDING hours cleaning the streets in other areas.

I practice cleanliness by cleaning my own room, my own cupboard, my own toilet, my own kitchen, and my own surroundings. If I keep my own room and surroundings clean, or am able to maintain the cleanliness around me, then I am practicing real Swachhta. At school also whenever I see any litter I clean it. I polish my shoes every evening. I believe if every individual keeps himself/herself clean, then the entire country will automatically become clean.

Only a person who is clean can teach others to be clean.  This is how we must go about this cleanliness drive. Remember, only a lit candle can light other unlit candles. Similarly, people who keep themselves clean and their surroundings clean, can help other people to ACHIEVE cleanliness objectives.

Besides, a man or woman who keeps himself/herself clean is an inspiration for many. By being perfect role-models we can do much more than by volunteering for cleanliness rallies, which are usually organized for hype in media!

So let the cleanliness begin at your own home! If each one starts maintaining cleanliness at his/her own home, the entire nation will automatically become clean.

ESSAY ON YOUR CITY ON FESTIVE EVENING

Answer»

Answer:

Festive Evening

David Binder has rightly said, “Festivals promote diversity, they BRING neighbors into dialogue, they increase creativity, they offer opportunities for civic pride, they improve our general psychological well-being. In short, they make cities better places to live.” It is quite TRUE! Festivals are the vibrant colours of life. All of us so longingly wait for their arrival. When the burden of the monotonous studies and routine becomes annoying, festivals come as welcome rejuvenation breaks.

Festivals bring happiness, cheer, hope, optimism, celebrations, lights, joy, cooperation and many more pleasant THINGS in our life. During Diwali, Christmas, Holi, Eid, Gurupurab, Passover, or any other festival the world appears to be a heaven. It appears as if the entire world is attending a wedding celebration. CHILDREN, ADULTS, teenagers, elders, and middle-aged people all of them love festivals.

My city gets decorated like a bride on her wedding day. All buildings, shops and houses are decorated with lights, paper decorative materials, etc. Shops, markets, roads are all abuzz with cheerful activities. Everyone is in high spirits. There is plethora of delicious delicacies and eatables. At night the decorative nights look like stars come down on earth. People let off crackers. The entire sky is brightened with the colorful radiance.

Hope it helps you

student: Madam, I am feeling very nervous about the coming exams.

Could you please guide me how I should prepare for them?

Teacher: It is a natural response. You should not worry about

it. Just STAY relaxed. But keep repeating and practicing. Repeated look at the notes will make you feel more

confident. Which is your first exam?

student: English! Should I read the text books again?

teacher: No, just keep them close for reference ; just solve

SAMPLE papers and practice questions according to the sample paper issued by CBSE.

student: Need I practice by writing?

Or more reading is

sufficient!

Teacher: writing of course. Reading will fade away, writing

will impress what you study deep on your mind. Besides, STUDYING by writing also prepares for you the final exam as it is all written. Students who don't

prepare

by writing face lots of difficulties during the final exams

Student: Thanks a lot madam for your guidance. I am feeling

better now.

Dear bapu you are immortal letter writing 1000 words

Answer»

Answer:

15 – A

Green Enclave

City

August 27, 2019

Dear Bapu:

I hope this letter finds you doing good deeds as you always did when you were on Earth. Your life has been an inspiration not only for Indians, but for people from all other countries as well. By doing great deeds your life has become immortal. As long as there is life on this planet, not only Indians, but the people of the world will remember your greatness. You are an epitome of many virtues, self-less actions, and peace-spreading thoughts. No WONDER you are called Mahatma (The Great Soul) by the entire world. People are born; people die. But some people after they are gone leave behind them a trail of light that illumines the path for the striving followers. Longfellow has praised such people in his poem, 'A Psalm of Life'. He says:

" And, departing, leave behind us

Footprints on the sands of time;"

The above written lines aptly describe the sublimity of your life. You were a great soul whose philosophy and ideology influenced the world CONSIDERABLY. You practiced non-violence and tried to resist all opposition spiritually. You BELIEVED in overcoming fear, dependence on others through self-reliance and self- industry. You successfully resisted the British injustice, aggression, oppression using non-violence and satayagreh. Ultimately you succeeded in winning INDEPENDENCE from the British.  Your philosophy and ideology were adopted by many great leaders of the world. Leo Tolstoy, Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela, etc, successfully adopted and practiced his teachings. The world acknowledges your contributions to mankind even in modern times.

Your ideology is universal which is relevant for all times. People know very little about your subtly powerful and pragmatic ideology. If your ideology were not effective, the world would not have accorded you the title of Mahatma. Your ideology is admired throughout the world for its universal and spiritual appeal. Its relevance in the contemporary turbulent times is more than it was in the past.

If your famous ideology of non-violence is practiced by each individual, state, and country in the world, conflicts, wars, violence, etc will be wiped from the face of the earth. People will live in a securer and happier world!

Similarly, your ideology on vegetarianism, truthfulness, self-government, self-reliance, observing silence, cleanliness, etc, holds solutions to almost all the problems afflicting people in the modern times. If PUT into practice, they have the power to enable the modern man enjoy life holistically. There is inspiration and wisdom in everything you did and taught. Bapu you have really become immortal. Thanks for being the inspiration of the world.

Yours devotedly,

Suman
