So when we are SAD, confused or tired, eating a chocolate HELPS our brain to recover quickly... Chocolate helps us behave better socially. It  REDUCES irritation and anger. Chocolate also arouses feelings of love and liking in minds and HEARTS. It smoothens the nervous system.

If we are afraid of fat, we can eat black chocolates without milk. We need to be in limits, lest we may damage our teeth.
