To Find :-

Position and Nature

Solution :-

We know that

1/f = 1/v - 1/u

1/-12 = 1/v - 1/-4

-1/12 = 1/v - (-1/4)

-1/12 = 1/v + 1/4

-1/12 - 1/4 = 1/v

-1 - 3/12 = 1/v

-4/12 = 1/v

-1/3 = 1/v

-3 = v

Position = Same size of object

Natur - Virtual, erect and magnified image
