Answer» in modern society,if I think of rules that are constricting in community ,it would be those imposed by the government. Government rules and regulations such as paying yearly TAXES on the properties. Rules that remove such BASIC freedoms are in my OPINION, constricting because you are LEFT with no choice but to COMPLY.
