=> the body will not move for any force less than 10N

=> whatever force applied if it is less than 10 N then it will be applied to overcome static frictional force_______________________________

=> here 6N if force is applied=> 6 N will be the magnitude of frictional force on the block

This is because.... as we apply 6 N the block also apply reaction force 6 N and as Action and reaction are equal and opposite... the block doesn't move...
