PROOF with the help of truth table:

A ⊕ B = A'B + AB'

So, (A ⊕ B)' = (A'B + AB')'

                    = (A'B)' . (AB')'                         (by using DeMorgan's law)

                    = (A''+B') . (A'+B'')

                    = (A+B') . (A'+B)

so, (A ⊕ B)' = (A+B') . (A'+B)
