Answer» when released the ball is in free fallit is no longer subject to the forces of the elevatorsothe ball experiences g (9.81 m/s/s downward)howeversince the boy is accelerating upward with ahe sill see the ball's acceleration as g+a lift is accelerating frame means non inertial frame so pseudo force will act on ball inside elevatorhence a will be added to g which is acting on ball but direction will be -ve hence w.r.t boy is -(g+a) can you expect me more clearly. please TQ |
