C = ((n - 1)∈0)/d = (9 x 8.854 x 10-12 x 10 x 10-4)/(1 x 10-3) = 79.7pF

Energy stored = 1/2 × 79.7 × 10− 12 × 100 × 100 = 0.3985 μJ
