Given,

Mass = 200kg

Distance = 20m

Force = 500N

To FIND:-

Velocity of the MOTOR car

By APPLYING F = ma

a = f/m

= 500/200

= 2.5m/s^2

By applying v^2-u^2=2as

v^2 - 0^2 = 2×2.5×20

v^2 = √100

v = 10m/s.
