Answer» time taken to reach the top most height ,where ball stops = V = u-gt => 0 = 20-10t => t = 20/10 = 2sec.. so , out of 6 sec the ball takes 2 sec to go up.. and it will again take 2 sec to reach the same level , during descending.. so, during fall down.. the time left is (6-2-2) = 2sec and the velocity will be same as 20 m/s for descending also. so, the H = u*t + 1/2*(g)*t² = 20*2 +10/2*(2)² = 40+20 = 60 m but if g=9.8 what is the final answer |
