Answer» The Case Save shortcut/ICON is VISIBLE only to users who have been granted access to save the case in the group configuration. If the menu option is DISABLED in the group configuration for a user, the respective shortcut /icon is ALSO removed. Certain shortcuts/icons such as Field Validation are enabled only through a common profile switch.
