Answer» Solution :WATER at room TEMPERATURE is a liquid if we CONSIDER the temperature of the room is `27^(@)C`. Water TURNS into solid at `0^(@)C` and into gas at `100^(@)C`. So it is obvious that water at room TEMPARATURE is a liquid.
