How can you measure the free electrons per metre cube of conductor... Pls answer this question

Answer»

We can measure the free ELECTRONS per meter cube of a CONDUCTOR by the following formula:

\frac{(<klux>N</klux> atoms/ mole) (p kg / m^{3}) }{A(kg /  mole)}

where,

N atoms/mole: Avogadro's number

ρ kg/ m³ : Density

A(kg/mole) : ATOMIC Mass

  • Free electrons are the electrons that are not attached to an atom, molecule or an ion.
  • They are free to move when they come under the force of the applied magnetic field or electric field.
