Correct CHOICE is (B) Doesn’t pass the filter

To explain I would say: In the bypass system the whole oil doesn’t pass through the filter at the same TIME. Most of the oil without being filtered goes to the BEARINGS whereas the rest passing through the filter is cleaned out and returned to the SUMP.
