Steps:
1.CLICK on Start Menu.
2.Then Click on Control Panel.
3.After that double-click on SECURITY Center.
4.Then click on Automatic Updates.
5.Automatic Updates WINDOW opens then click on Turn off Automatic Updates option BUTTON.
6.Then click on Apply button.
7.After that click on OK button.
