Answer» If a body gets positively charged then it means that it lost some electrons from its outer shell. Electrons are negatively charged sub atomic particles and protons are positively charged sub atomic particles.if a body is negatively charged, then it means that it gain some electrons and they are in majority. If a body is positively charged,then it means that it is loosing some electrons so the protons which are positively charged are in majority. Only electrons can move and protons can't coz electrons are loosely attracted to the nucleus and protons and neutrons are present in nucleus of an atom.
