1.	In winter, thee freezes at room temperature but groundnut oil (or mustard oil/sesame oil) does not. Explain.
Answer» Solution :The intermolecular forces in the PARTICLES of GHEE are stronger as compared to those of groundnut OIL. Higherthe intermolecular forces, higher is the meliting point and lower is the FREEZING point. So ghee FREEZES in winter but groundnut oil does not.
