Answer» Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change Prakash Javadekar said that India has reduced the emissions intensity of its GDP, that is emissions per unit of GDP, by 21% at the 25th session of Conference of Parties (COP-25) under the UN Framework Convention of Climate Change.The country is aiming to achieve the goal of 35% emissions reduction as promised in the Paris summit in 2015.
