Answer» ault workspace displays the Browse, List, View, and Code panes in columns. The view buttons are a feature that lets you change how the presentation or document appears. A few examples: in Microsoft Excel, you have the option of changing the views to Normal, Page Layout, and Page BREAK Preview. In Microsoft PowerPoint, you have the option of changing between Normal, Slide Sorter, Reading View, and Slide SHOW. Finally, in Microsoft Word, you have the OPTIONS of Print Layout, Full SCREEN Reading, Web Layout, Outline, and Draft views. |
