Answer» Explanation: Normal view :- normal view is the main editing view of POWERPOINT. This view is used to write, edit and design presentations. The view consists of three working areas-left pane with two tabs and the right main pane. On the left, you can see the tabs- slide tab an outline tab. They alternate between an outline of the slide text and the other tab displaying the slides as thumbnail that are smaller versions of the actual slides on the right you will see the slide pane which displays the larger of the current slide and on the bottom of this is the notes pane. the notes pane will allow you to type notes attached to each slide. these notes can be printed and given as reference along with your presentation or if the audience requires it, it can be viewed as a web page. Outline View :- this shows the text in an outline form this is an ideal place to start writing content for the slide to visualise and frame your ideas plan the presentation sequence them and move the slides and text around. Slide View :- just click on the slide tab and you will see that you have switched to a view that displays the slides in your presentation as thumbnail size images you can keep this view on as you added to design your slides the thumbnails MAKE it EASY for you to navigate through your presentation and most importantly display effects of your design changes as you keep editing you can also rearrange add or delete slide in presentation and sequence them and move slides and text around. Slide sorter view :- slide sorter view is an exclusive view of your slides in a thumbnail format this is the best way to look at all the slides in a presentation on a single page the slide sorter gives you and overall picture of your presentation you can easily reorder add or delete or even change the design of the slides from here you can also preview your transition animation effects but you can not add pictures in this view. Slide show view :- slide show view displays the slides on the full screen LOCK and actual slideshow presentation in this full screen view you see your presentation the way your audience you can see how your graphics text sound movies slide transition effects and animation effects integrate together to give you an account of the real presentation the timings of each slide can be checked and rehearsed from here.
