Answer» Solution :While preparing the temporary mount of onion cell, the following care has to be taken: (1) Spreading the sections neatly so that the layers are not overlapped. (2) Slide should be clean and dry. (3) Proper type of STAIN has to be used in sufficient quantity. (4) Cover slip should be put with care so that air bubble will not enter the mounting and come in between the focus. If Asif has not taken this type of care, his mounting will be blurred and UNCLEAR. The air bubbles, excess stain and the carelessly mounted material will not ALLOW clear observation. Therefore, Asif has to take all the above steps to AVOID the trouble.
