Answer» Solution :(1) The difference in the colour is due to different types of plastids present in the plants. Due to chlorophyll, there is usual green colour to the leaves. Due to chromoplastids there are different colours. (2) ORANGE colour is due to carotenoids and XANTHOPHYLL produce yellow colour. Anthocyanin gives reddish to blue hue. (3) Payal was curious to know the answer. She shows value of inquisitiveness. Prasad has KNOWLEDGE, he is wellread. He has scientific attitude and logical approach. He is also against the blind faith as he gave proper scientific answer to his little sister.
