Solve : Advice needed in buying laptop? |
|
Answer» I'm currently on my first computer, an EeePC- the OLD one with the tiny screen. I want to get something bigger (if I ever get enough money- and it can't cost too much), and I'm doing some research to see what I'll get. And what is Wireless N Technology?A reference: 802.11n Wireless Technology Overview. I don't think I'd be too concerned with the lack of it in a new computer. It's still a technology that's EVOLVING. Is a desktop system an option for a new computer? They would give you the capbability of larger screens. With laptops, the 15.4" Widescreen is a common size. Thanks for answering- I don't have the space for a desktop. I think more people will be replacing their desktops with laptops in the future- they're much more CONVENIENT. The DOWNSIDE is that if one part goes bad, you can't replace it as easily as with a desktop. |
